Center for Latino-Jewish Relations Gala
In celebration of Rabbi Tarlow’s 80th birthday and his extraordinary legacy of bridge-building between Latino and Jewish communities, the Center for Latino-Jewish Relations presented a special evening of music and unity. The concert featured Dr. Noreen Green, Founding Artistic Director and Conductor of the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony, joined by LAJS Founding Concertmaster Mark Kashper and guest artists. The evening also welcomed longtime friend of the LAJS, Senior Cantor Rachel Goldman of Congregation Beth Yeshurun.
The program weaved a musical tapestry reflecting shared histories, cultural dialogue, and the enduring power of the arts to connect communities – a fitting tribute to 80 years of leadership devoted to building bridges.
