30th Anniversary Celebration


On April 15th at 7pm, the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony presented their 30th Anniversary Celebration at Wilshire Boulevard Temple’s Resnick Family Campus formally known as University Synagogue. Featuring performances by LAJS Founding Concertmaster Mark Kashper, Cantor Lisa PeicottCantor Ilan Davidson, and young artist Eden Kontesz, the concert returns the LAJS to the site of our 1994 debut concert.

The program featured a repertoire drawn from throughout the Symphony’s 30-year history, with pieces and composers that exemplify the breadth and importance of the LAJS’s mission, including Leonard BernsteinShony Alex BraunAndrea ClearfieldSharon FarberKurt Weill, and more!
