A Patchwork of Cultures at Wilshire Boulevard Temple


On March 19th, 2023 at 4PM, the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony and Wilshire Boulevard Temple celebrated the shared musical heritage of Sephardic, Latino, Mizrachi, and Persian music with the free public concert A Patchwork of Cultures: Sharing Our Traditions Through MusicFeaturing Argentinian-born Rabbi Cantor Marcelo Gindlin and versatile Jewish and Persian-American musician Chloe Pourmorady, whose repertoire highlighted Mizrahi/Persian music in celebration of Nowruz, the Persian New Year.
